MANATEE — Internet access to court records in Florida will be a lot easier after the state supreme court approved the process used in Manatee County as the model for the rest of the state.

The high court adopted procedures and standards Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court R.B. “Chips” Shore’s office has used since 2007 during a court-approved pilot program. READ MORE
